Radio + is a Coventry based OFCOM-licensed community radio station, broadcasting on FM, DAB, online and via smart speakers. Our AP programme gives young people an opportunity to gain a hands-on, real-world media experience in a professional broadcast environment.
Students learn and develop new skills through taking part in creating music, radio, podcasting, DJ skills and digital media. The programme main aim is to build self
confidence, identity and resilience, and by giving them the practical skills that your students need to progress in education, training or employment. - Course Modules

- Our staff are all experienced radio and podcast presenters. Our project lead is an industry veteran with almost 40 years’ experience working within the Broadcasting and Music industries.
- Delivery Area
- All delivery takes place from our digital studios in Hertford Place, Coventry.
- Programme length
- Our main AP programmes run half termly/termly, and are extendable up to the full 38 weeks of the academic year. We also take on new students mid-way through a term and offer flexible shorter courses or days, which are tailored to meet the individual needs of the student

- Cost of Course
- Main AP Provision £200 per day – This will suit the needs of most AP students. Multi-Day Discounts 2 days/week — £190 per day 3 days/week — £180 per day Enhanced / Complex AP Provision £250 per day for learners requiring high-needs support, 1:1 or 2:1 staffing, safeguarding oversight or bespoke curriculum. Specialist Intervention Day £250 per day for short-term intensive support for crisis stabilisation or rapid assessment
